About Me

I grew up on Dartmoor, surrounded by the terrain that would eventually shape my whole life. That's where my love of the outdoors started, and it hasn’t left me since. I have a real passion for encouraging and inspiring people to get outside as much as possible, whatever that looks like for them.

Running

My running story started in 2020, when I downloaded Strava for the first time.

Since then, things have snowballed. I'm now an Elite Trail Team athlete sponsored by Janji. A few highlights so far:

• 2nd at the Julian Alps by UTMB 124km, 2025

• 4th at SkyRun Eryri 14 Peaks Ultra 2025 / British Middle Distance Trail Running Championship

• 2nd at Arc of Attrition by UTMB Arc50, 2025

• 1st at RAT Plague 100k 2024 and British Ultra Champion

Winter and ski-touring

When winter comes around, my favoured terrain becomes snow. Ski-touring and backcountry skiing brings me so much joy, and I'm proud to be part of the Protect Our Winters UK athlete alliance, working to protect the places we love.

Coaching

In 2026, after years of helping friends and family navigate their own running journeys, I decided to turn that passion into a coaching career. I love nothing more than helping someone else chase down a goal they weren't sure they could reach.

Freelance social media

Alongside my running, I work freelance in social media for races and athletes, including the Dragon's Back Race and Ultra Trail Snowdonia by UTMB. It brings together the things I care about most: photography, storytelling, and life outdoors.
