I'm a freelance social media specialist working with athletes, brands, and race organisers on race day. While the runners are out on course, I'm the one keeping their audience with them: filming at aid stations, following them along muddy fell tracks, and turning splits and checkpoints into a story people want to follow.

My work covers both live content capture for Instagram stories and account management. I shoot, post, and caption in real time, and liaise with the event's photographers and videographers to bring their footage in too. For race organisers, I also capture the wider story of the event itself, the atmosphere, the checkpoints, the finish line moments that make people want to sign up next year.
